Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of KleanCal, a scheduling application provided by Syvous. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using KleanCal, you agree to these terms.

1. Software License

KleanCal is licensed, not sold. A KleanCal license grants you the right to install and use the software for your business, subject to these Terms of Service.

A purchased license may be activated on up to two computers. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise commercially distribute KleanCal without written permission from Syvous.

2. Free Trial

KleanCal may be evaluated during a 7-day free trial. After the trial expires, a valid license is required to continue using the software.

3. Google Calendar

KleanCal integrates with Google Calendar to create and manage scheduling information. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for the accuracy of information entered into KleanCal.

KleanCal is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Availability of Google Calendar and related services is controlled by Google and may change independently of KleanCal.

4. Your Data

KleanCal stores client, service-provider, scheduling, and application information locally on your computer. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your KleanCal data. KleanCal provides a backup feature to assist you with this process.

Your use of Google services through KleanCal is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

5. Payments and Licensing

KleanCal is currently offered for a one-time purchase price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment processing, license issuance, applicable taxes, and related transaction services may be provided by our authorized payment provider.

6. Software Updates

Syvous may provide updates, corrections, improvements, or new versions of KleanCal. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, integration, or third-party service will remain available indefinitely.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KleanCal for unlawful purposes or in a manner that interferes with the software, its licensing system, Google services, or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KleanCal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Syvous does not guarantee that the software will operate without interruption or error or that third-party services used by KleanCal will always remain available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syvous will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, KleanCal, including loss of business information or scheduling data.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
