KleanCal is a scheduling application provided by Syvous. This Privacy Policy explains what information KleanCal accesses, how that information is used, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

KleanCal stores information that you enter into the application, such as client names, addresses, notes, service-provider information, and scheduling information. This information is stored locally on your computer.

KleanCal does not sell your personal information or your customers' information.

Google Calendar Access

KleanCal connects to Google Calendar when you authorize the application through your Google account. This access allows KleanCal to create, view, update, and delete calendar events and calendars as necessary to provide its scheduling functions.

KleanCal uses Google Calendar information only to provide the scheduling features requested by the user.

KleanCal does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.

Google API Services

KleanCal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Local Data Storage

KleanCal stores application data locally on your Windows computer. This may include client information, service-provider information, application settings, licensing information, and Google authorization credentials.

KleanCal includes a backup feature that allows you to create a backup of your KleanCal data. You are responsible for protecting backup files that you create.

Licensing and Purchases

When you purchase or activate KleanCal, information necessary to process the purchase and validate your software license may be processed by our payment and licensing provider. KleanCal does not store your complete payment-card information.

Website Information

When you use the KleanCal website or submit a contact form, information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, subject, and message, may be collected so that we can respond to your request.

Our website provider may also process standard technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by third-party service providers only when necessary to operate KleanCal, process purchases, provide licensing, operate the website, or provide Google Calendar integration.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by KleanCal remains on your computer unless you remove it.

You may revoke KleanCal's access to your Google account through your Google Account settings. You may also contact us if you have questions about information submitted through our website.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information used by KleanCal. However, no computer system, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

KleanCal is intended for business use and is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as KleanCal changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
